She won the lock had to end. The League said he asks Nelson to stay the order while it appeals to the Court of appeals for the eighth circuit.

"The harm irreparably the players than any damage will cause the order to the NFL," Nelson wrote the decision. She also cited the public interest in her and unlock the NFL which threatened to shutter the season if it lingered over her into the fall was "far from being purely private argument over compensation."

Analysis: work to fight a long way from over
Nelson: players, the judge is now the offseason MVP

If you are lying, the prospect of opening towards the League opened to players, and new work rules enforcement year League 2011. It may impose, for example, similar rules to what controlled season 2010 before the expired bargaining on 11 March.

James Quinn, Adviser to the Department for antitrust suit actors, said the NFL was "a day or two" to determine new rules of work if given without delay.

The decision pleased players. "This is a big victory for all who like to play football for the players and fans," said NFLPA President Kevin Mawae .

He said the New York Giants de Osi Umenyiora, plaintiff, "locking is bad that all actors will continue to fight it. We hope that it will bring us one step closer to playing the game we love. "

Much of the judgment of Nelson chided for not recognizing NFL players union decertification as chlgitimit. The players, she said, "there are continued outside the framework of the law."

As such, the argument of the NFL and its complaint to the National Executive of work – that it was in the years decertification of the NFLPA as Sham-waste, she said.

"The advantage of minimal, if any, that may be looking for the expertise of the NLRB is clearly outweighed by the delay involved, especially when the players are ongoing and will cause irreversible damage," said Nelson.

She said she heard the NFL with "unpersuasive". Moreover, after this is decided to ??????? with her Court ruled that the NFL, Nelson was "no protection" against claims of players.

Nelson said the players had to prove their "fair chance of success" in antitrust and against the NFL that on 11 March. And she said they were clearly "demonstrated they suffered, and continue to suffer irreversible damage."

She cited restraint imposed on the free agents such as four-time MVP Peyton Manning, Logan Mankins Jackson Vincent as examples of some of the players were a concrete cause irreversible damage to the

Lock these players denying opportunities to buy their services that they have enjoyed a free market, "said Nelson.

That statement said NFL plead his case to the Court of appeal, this still is designed after vowed that dispute.

"We believe that the law bars Federal injunctions in labor," NFL said in the statement. "We are confident that eighth circuit will agree."

In addition, the League kept-even in the face of Nelson's assumption of the NFLPA's bargaining agent that is still the problem with the groupings.

"We also believe that this dispute will inevitably with collective bargaining, which will be in the interests of players, fan clubs," said League.

The judgment of Nelson is probably only one round of what could be a long legal struggle. If it is or to the Court of appeals grants stay on her decision, locking will continue until the Court of appeal can decide.

This process can take months. Meanwhile, the League is against a bad decision for peer and blood of Nelson, judge David Doty, next month as he entertains his judgment for damages for March that the League violated its agreement with the players when you negotiate TV contracts like locking your insurance in recent years.

Antitrust claim players-of which the dominant offshoot of Nelson was also against the League-will continue.
